All Material used are high quality in the original packaging from the Manufacturer and properly stored. All surfaces to be painted will be pressure washed with 3000psi to remove dirt, dust, and efflorescence, loose or peeling paint.

Crack and hole repairs will be identified and patched, sealed and primed before paint is applied. Wood surfaces will be hand scraped, wire brushed and sanded as necessary.
